By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event with Kindred Social Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a high-quality, balanced, and intentional experience for all our guests.

 

1. Final Sale & No Reimbursement Policy

All ticket purchases for Kindred Social Events are Final Sale.

  • We do not offer refunds, reimbursements, or credits if you are unable to attend the event for any reason.

  • In the event that you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend, provided they meet the specific age and gender criteria for that event. You must notify us of this transfer at least 24 hours in advance via email.

 

2. No-Show Policy

Our events rely on an equal ratio of participants to ensure a successful experience for everyone.

  • If you fail to attend an event without prior notice ("No-Show"), your ticket is forfeited without a refund.

  • Impact on Future Events: Because a no-show disrupts the experience for other marriage-minded singles, Kindred Social Events reserves the right to bar "No-Show" participants from registering for future events.

 

3. Arrival & Late Entry

To respect the time of all participants, check-in begins 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the speed dating rotations have begun, we cannot guarantee your participation in the rotations, as it disrupts the flow of the event. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

 

4. Age & Intent Verification

By purchasing a ticket, you certify that you are within the specified age range for the event (e.g., 30s) and that you are attending with marriage-minded intentions. Kindred Social Events reserves the right to ask for a valid ID at check-in to verify age.

 

5. Participant Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and intentional environment. Any guest who displays disrespectful, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave immediately without a refund and will be permanently banned from the community.

 

6. Event Cancellation

In the rare case that Kindred Social Events must cancel an event due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will be notified via email and issued a credit toward a future event of their choice.
